  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The content of the message you send

No tracking cookies or audience measurement tools are used on this site. No data is collected without your knowledge during simple browsing.

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your contact request
  • Call you back to organise a consultation or an appointment
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of your request

Legal basis

The processing is based on:

  • Your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given by filling in and sending the contact form
  • The performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), when your request aims to arrange a consultation

Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for Dr Serdal Sanak. It is in no way sold, rented or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.

The form is technically managed by our host Netlify, Inc. (United States), acting as a processor. Data transfers to the United States are framed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Netlify has adhered, guaranteeing a level of protection in line with European requirements.

Retention period

  • Requests without follow-up (no scheduled consultation): 12 months maximum from the last contact, then deletion.
  • Requests that led to a consultation: contact details may be added to your medical record, kept in accordance with the Belgian legislation applicable to patient records (law of 22 August 2002 on patient rights).

Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration: secure connection (HTTPS), restricted access to data, hosting with a GDPR-compliant provider.

Your rights

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability concerning your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

These rights are exercised by email to contact@docteursanak.com, with a response within one month.
